United States
Your order will be shipped out of the warehouse within 48 hours of receipt Monday - Friday. Our standard mode of delivery is FedEx ground (unlesss otherwise selected).
All packages will ship "signature required" - someone must be present at the time of delivery.

Continental US
FedEx Ground - Parcels reach most US destinations within 5 business days of shipment and includes tracking information. Depending on weather conditions and your location, your delivery may take slightly longer. We are not responsible for FedEx delays.
Two Day FedEx - Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive in 2 business days. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM ET will arrive by Wednesday afternoon.
Standard Overnight - Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive by 3:00 PM the next business day.
Priority Overnight - Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive by 10:30 AM the next business day.
Saturday delivery - Saturday delivery is available using FedEx. Orders must be placed on the Friday before the desired delivery date. A $12.50 additional charge applies. Please phone in your order.
White Glove Service - We offer FedEx Signature Home Delivery, Evening Home Delivery and Appointment Home Delivery. Please call customer service for a custom quote.
Common Carrier - Large quantity, pallet-size orders are available for special delivery. Please contact customer service for a custom quote.

Post Office Box & APO/FPO
We ship via United States Postal Service First-Class mail. A tracking number or order confirmation are not provided.

Alaska / Hawaii Ship Method
All parcels are shipped using FedEx Ground or USPS. We will select the most oppropriate carrier based on order make up and destination..
